Questions about booking and running a live production
Practical answers on how we work, what to prepare, how quotations are made and how payment and cancellations are handled.

Frequently asked questions
These are the questions organisers ask most often before a show. If yours is not here, send it through the contact page and we will reply.
How do I request a production?
Use the form on the contact page to describe your event, the venue, the date and what you need. Hannah will reply to confirm details or ask questions. We then send a written quotation. Nothing is booked until you confirm it in writing.
What should I send with my enquiry?
A running order, venue name and address, the show date, and the number of cameras you expect are the most useful. A list of must-have shots helps too. If you already have cameras or screens at the venue, tell us what they are.
How is a quotation worked out?
It depends on camera count, show length, crew size, days on site and any remote feeds or graphics. Travel from Durham and set-up time also count. The quotation sets out what is included and what would change the figure.
How do I pay?
Once you have confirmed the written quotation, we send an invoice, which is paid by bank transfer. Nothing is paid on the website itself. The Prices page and our payment and refund policy explain the terms in full.
Can you work in a venue we have never used before?
Yes. Callum reviews the venue plan beforehand and, where possible, we visit or ask for photographs. Signal paths, power and cabling are planned before arrival, then checked on site ahead of rehearsal.
Do you provide the cameras and equipment?
That depends on the job. We can build a gallery around equipment you already have or plan the full set of kit needed. The quotation states exactly what we supply and what the venue provides.
What happens if something fails during the show?
We plan fallbacks for the key links, such as spare signal paths and a backup for the stream where the job allows it. The crew communicates calmly and fixes faults without stopping the show where possible.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
Tell us as soon as you can. Cancellations and changes are handled under our payment and refund policy, which explains what applies at each stage. Contact Hannah and she will go through your situation.
