How the crew works together on a show
A live show leaves little room for confusion, so we divide the work clearly and talk plainly. Each person knows their part before the doors open, and decisions are made calmly in the gallery.
Before the day
Hannah takes your enquiry, confirms scope and arranges crew and equipment. Callum studies the venue, the running order and the camera plan, and draws up every signal path. Daniel prepares the streaming chain if one is needed. You receive a written quotation and a clear schedule, so nobody is guessing about call times or responsibilities when the crew arrives.
In the gallery
Callum leads the room and calls the show. Priya cuts the cameras in time with the performance, working from the shot list agreed in rehearsal. Daniel watches the stream and the output. Talk on the intercom stays short and calm. If something changes on stage, the crew adjusts together without raising the temperature in the room.
After the show
Once the programme ends, the crew checks recordings and confirms what was delivered. Hannah handles sign-off with you and then sends the invoice, which is paid by bank transfer. If anything needs a second look, you have one person to speak to. We keep notes on what worked so the next job begins with better information.
