ContactFrom first enquiry to a paid invoice, step by step
Nothing is bought on this website. You send an enquiry, we talk through the event, and everything that follows is agreed in writing. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice, and cancellations follow our payment and refund policy.
Send an enquiry
Use the contact page to tell us the date, venue, type of show and roughly how many cameras you expect. Hannah Whitlock reads each enquiry and replies with any questions we need answered before pricing the work.
What you leave withA named contact and a list of details still to confirm.
Talk through the event
We go over the stage layout, the camera plan, where the programme output goes and who signs off on the day. Callum Hartley may join the call when the signal paths need working out before we can quote.
What you leave withAn agreed scope covering crew, equipment and delivery.
Receive a written quotation
We send a written quotation listing each service, the hours covered, what is included and what could change the price, such as extra feeds or longer setup. Read it through and ask about anything unclear.
What you leave withA written quotation with the price and inclusions itemised.
Confirm in writing
When you are happy, reply to confirm the quotation. We then schedule the crew and equipment, and fix dates for any site visit, rehearsal or setup day that the production needs.
What you leave withA written confirmation and a booked crew schedule.
Pay the invoice
After the event we issue an invoice matching the confirmed quotation, and any agreed changes. You pay by bank transfer using the details on the invoice. Cancellations and refunds are handled under the payment and refund policy.
What you leave withA final invoice settled by bank transfer.
